Supermove is a moving company platform, founded in 2019 and backed by Andreessen Horowitz, with office, crew, estimator and storage apps, payments and an AI call center. Many Supermove users want the phone side to do more, cost less predictably, or include leads. That’s where MoverPhone fits.
Supermove’s phone tools vs MoverPhone
Supermove already sells phone and AI products, so here’s an honest comparison as of October 2026.

If you’re happy with Supermove’s AI call center, you may not need MoverPhone. Movers usually choose MoverPhone when they want:
- Prospect leads every month, loaded straight into the dialer
- Published, flat monthly pricing with AI minutes included
- A phone system that isn’t tied to one CRM, for multi-brand operations or a future CRM change
- DNC scrubbing and calling-hour fences built into outbound
How MoverPhone works with Supermove
Inbound calls
- MoverPhone’s AI receptionist answers your number on the first ring, in your company’s name, day or night.
- It asks the questions your estimators need: move date, origin and destination, home size, stairs or elevator, special items, packing and storage.
- It books the estimate on your calendar or transfers to a rep.
- A new project is created in Supermove through your account’s lead provider connection, with the move details, call summary and lead source.
New web leads
Supermove can send events out through its Automations webhooks. With two-way sync (Scale and Pro plans), MoverPhone uses them to call a new lead back within seconds through the parallel dialer, then logs the outcome. Speed matters: Harvard Business Review found that companies responding to a lead within an hour were about seven times as likely to qualify it.
Lists and prospects
Load old quotes, past customers or MoverPhone’s included prospect leads into the dialer. Reps work them with parallel dialing, local caller ID and voicemail drop. Anyone who books becomes a Supermove project.

Frequently asked questions
Does Supermove have an AI receptionist and dialer?
Yes. Supermove sells an AI call center with AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls, an AI sales copilot and an auto dialer that calls several leads at once. Pricing isn't published. MoverPhone is an alternative phone layer with published plans from $99 per user a month, prospect leads included, and the same system for both inbound and outbound.
Does Supermove have an API?
Supermove doesn't offer a full public API. It accepts leads, project updates and surveys through lead provider endpoints unique to each account, and it sends data out through webhooks from its Automations feature. Integrations like MoverPhone use those connections.
How much does Supermove cost?
Supermove doesn't publish prices. It says its annual license is based on the number of crews you run. Third-party sites quote per-crew monthly figures, but Supermove hasn't confirmed them, so ask for a quote.
Is MoverPhone a Supermove alternative?
Not for the CRM. MoverPhone doesn't do estimates, dispatch, crew apps or payments, which is what Supermove is for. It's an alternative to Supermove's phone and AI calling products, and it works with Supermove, SmartMoving, MoveBoard, Movegistics and HubSpot, so your phone system doesn't change if you switch CRMs.
Can I keep my phone numbers?
Yes. Forward your existing numbers to MoverPhone or port them in. Your Supermove projects and history stay where they are.
